We offer Free pick up customers staying in Old Quater of Hanoi. Because we would pick up many customers staying at Hotels in Old Quater of Hanoi. The bus is not allowed to park long time along the narrow roads. Please finish your breakfast before 08:00 to be ready for the pick up at your Hotel lobby. The pick up time could be late a little bit from 07:15 - 07:30. To make sure! Please ask your receptionist to confirm before the departure time.

- We do not pick up Hotels far from Old Quater of Hanoi: for Join-in group Tour as the traffic in Hanoi is very bad in Rush Hours. Our big bus wouldt take too long time picking up.
It is very easy with Taxi, Grab, Uber with reasonable price. Or Free with Short walk to our office in the Heart of Old Quarter of Hanoi.
- Or you can book a Private SUV/Mini Van/ Bus with Hotel location is far from Old Quarter.
- Or you could book a Private Car with Private guide for the best services.

2: Can I order kid meals and special dietary food?
Yes, you can. Most of restaurants in Ninh Binh will happily meet any of your special requests. However, please kindly be reminded that you should make note with us well in advance so we can have more time to prepare the most perfect meal for you and your family.
3: Are drinks and beverages included in a cruise trip?
No, they are not included in any packages. In general, meals are included and on the transfer there are complimentary bottle of mineral water.
Our local restaurant only offer free green tea on welcome but other drinks will be charged.
4: How long does it take to get to Ninh Binh?
The distance from Hanoi to Ninh Binh is around 105 km with National Road. Traveling by shuttle bus will takes around 4 hours and by private car it is 2.5 hours one way. The road from Hanoi to Ninh Binh may experience traffic jam so please allow extra time for that.
5: Can I get Refund if the weather is too bad then can not operate the tour?
Yes! Of course. If the weather is too bad then we can not operate the tour. We would process the refund.

However, for the refund it also depend on your bank. You money could take some days to come to your account. If you take too long you can remind us for the best process.
